The Schools Spectacular 2023

On Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th of November, students from Darcy Road Public School represented our school proudly in the 2023 Schools Spectacular at Qudos Bank Arena. 

For the past two terms, 6 students in year 2 worked hard to learn difficult choreography and attend many rehearsal sessions to prepare for the performance. These students performed in multiple dances with students from across NSW. They did an amazing job following the instructions and navigating such a large scale event. We are so proud of each of them. 

We were also very lucky to have 30 students from years 3 to 6 perform in the SpecFest Flash Mob in front of a large crowd. Students gave their lunch times each week to learn the dance routines and performed amazingly on the day. 

Our students did a fantastic job and we are so proud of how each of them represented our school. Well done to all of our teachers and students involved in the performances.
